PROM!!
so prom was ydy. we were all busy gettin ourselves pretty & all. yes, we spent the whole aftnn gettin ourselves prepared. with all the things we forgot to bring all because we were in a rush. i went from novena to jurong to get the blusher from JO, THANKS JO!!! then i went bk, hopin i wld make it bk in time to meet them, but NO, the stupid train had to breakdown on me?! ARGH!!! everytime when i think i can make it back in time, something just has to crop up?! sheesh. so anw, it was a gd thing i wasnt the last one. anw, lets go straight to preparations.
presenting our very own hairstylist, TEOW SOOK FUNG! shes just good! she did our hairs, make-up for the rest. so tell us, when will u open a shop? shes really gd. we saved so much by havin a personal make-up artiste & hairstylist! i do concede the fact that i did doubt at first but she did a very good job really. anw, we were in this huge hurry & the bed was in this ultra HUGE mess with all our things scattered all over the bed! we were really afraid that we couldnt get stuff done asap so we were like scurryin around & askin each other where's this & that. but of course, we were anxious for nothing, we had everything done in time.
then it's the BIG event! CESSQUERADE! did i spell it right? anyway, it's something like royalty meets...... oops, i forgot. but anyway, it comes from the word, prinCESS & masQUERADE. anw, all of us were dressed really well & of course we all looked pretty & different from how we normally do. & what do u expect, dearest oml had to wear HEELS when shes already TALL enough! PIAN TAI! then when she saw me, she asked this qn, i just knew she was gonna ask this, "do i look like a can of exploded glitters?" lolx. you lk fine! not too much, not too little. then we had all our photo-takin outside the hotel, outside the ballroom, in the ballroom then the lobby. we were makin a din! the food was fine, i think it was better than last yr's . sorry aud & yanqi. anw, i LOVE the chocolate mousse & the prawns were GOOD!
then we proceedin to havin this game called The Best Friends. the moment they gave the first part of the introduction, i already knew how the game was played. anw, so the pairs were, faiz+zaty, shree+melaine, salma+gaya.p, cheryl+JESS (are you readin this sheh? lolx.), nina+clarissa. there were 2 others, but i carn rmb. anw, most of them CHEATED!!! esp this two pairs, faiz+zaty & cheryl+jess!! hello!! no cheatin!! but before they started, cheryl+jess alr started fightin on stage. but what can i say, they're a rowdy bunch, no surprises there. anw, so the 1st qn was whats your best friend's shoe size. then zaty was like, "zaty, what what?" then faiz was like 7, then zaty said i wrote 8!, okok, then 8. then jess was like, "i told u in the hotel! i told u in the hotel!" she was like so worked up. & dearest faiz who was standin beside her couldnt help but laugh! then there was a qn which they asked bout the grandfather's name! so faiz was like, "hussan, hussan" then zaty wrote "hassan" or sth like tt. the moment they got off stage, they started quarrellin. haix. but cheryl was pretty good when they asked, "whats your best friend's mum's no.?" like wow!! cheryl could rmb it so well la! why? 'cause she always calls jess' mum. doesnt jess have her own hp?
anw, then it was time to crown the prom queen, before that, there are obviously other titles. like, ms sporty was our very own ZATY!! the way she catwalk was just TOTALLY different from the rest. ms drama mama was MAO, co0uldnt rmb the rest, but prom queen was angelica, she wore this cheong sum. & mrs tan doesnt seem to know how to crown ppl! nvm, then aft tt, we could proceed to take photos. this was the fun part. BUT!!! im super angry bout something!! MR VINCENT KOH CHOON KIAT!!!! ARGH!!! YOU'RE TOO MUCH!!! he has to go off so early?! HARLOW!!! i know uve got little kayle to take care of, but ur dearest wife can handle it i believe? u couldve stayed a lil longer u noe, he wore a long sleeve tee, like duh! with a tie. so well-dressed but he only stayed a while?! HUR!! mr. anthony & ms. wee went off pretty early too. haix. anw, so mrs. kwok had to chase us off cux, "ive got my little girl & boy to take care of too. so shoo. quick quick." she was dressed like a school girl though, must be her spects! btw, the table next to us was like havin a lot of fun la! they were TEACHERS mind you. ive no idea what in the world ms. suzanne ho, ms ho wy, mrs. tey & mrs khor was doin but they were havin a lot of fun la! & erm... ms suz ho was doin really weird poses & makin the other teachers at her table laugh. ahh... typical acjcian....
then when we went out of the ballroom, we continued snappin pix with each other. then we went near the stairs to take MORE pix, then to the stairs, then to the lobby. oh. we attempted to take a pic in the mirror, but it was too far & dark. anw, dearest wei ting brought or rthr STOLE a bread from the buffet! she claims it's her new bf. lolx. interestin. then there was this pic where we looked so fascinated by the bread! zj just hpn to capture it on camera. haha. & obvly, i BORROWED her new found bf & took a few pix. there was one photo tho, which looked like caijing posin for those funny shots. u noe hwe cheerful & hyper disposition. haha. OH!! & before i forget, JESSLYN SEE HAI PEI (i think her cl name shld be right.) anw, she wore a PINK TUBE dress with a ribbon just below her chest. a BUNG dressin so feminine!! but even cheryl & camile was dressed really feminine. ppl who are antediluvian SHOULD NOT visit the link thats to follow. thank you.
